It should be available on WordClay as a print book in about a week and will be available on Amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, booksamillion.com, walmart.com, and other online stores in the next month or two.
Second Wind is also already available as an ebook on SmashWords in many formats (Sony e-readers, general e, PDF, txt, etc.) and will be available in the Kindle Store, Apple Store, Sony's other stores, Nook store, and more in the next month or two - the formatting of my running tables for e-readers required some editing that set it back a little bit longer than originally hoped.
